Wealth2Xtreme Refund Policy Wealth2xtreme.com is an online marketing program. Products consist of banner and text ads. All product orders are effectuated instantly upon purchase. By signing up at our website, and purchasing an advertising package at wealth2xtreme.com, you agree to the wealth2xtreme.com refund policy as stated below: Refund Requests for Initial $5 Advertising Purchase: A valid request for a refund of the initial $5 advertising purchase must be given to wealth2xtreme.com within 3 days of purchase date. If requested within 3 days of purchase, Wealth2Xtreme will grant a refund for an initial advertising purchase (minus the $2.50 account set-up fee which is non-refundable) as long as NONE of the advertising included in said purchase was used, and NO commissions were paid to member. Once a refund has been given, the member will immediately forfeit any and all accumulated commissions and their account will be terminated. Refund Requests from additional Advertising Purchases: There are 11 additional advertising packages available after a member has purchased their initial $5 advertising package. These additional advertising packages have progressively higher quantities of banner ads, text ads, and in some cases, downloadable leads. Because a member can only purchase these additional advertising packages as an active, paid member, it is reasonable to expect that they have an acceptable level of understanding of the program, products and policy’s. Therefore, subsequent purchases made after the initial $5 purchase are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a refund is requested through any of the payment processors for any subsequent purchase (at any level), the member will immediately forfeit any and all accumulated commissions and their account will be terminated. Chargeback Policy: Any attempts to acquire a chargeback constitute theft and fraud, and are grounds for legal prosecution. Member attempting a chargeback will be liable for all legal and administrative costs associated with the chargeback(s) and a minimum penalty of $1,500USD. In addition, any unused services and/or commissions earned shall be forfeited upon expiration or termination of services. BY COMPLETING YOUR
